Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, no need to worry. You can reset your password quickly with these simple steps:

New users: You can find your account credentials in your Welcome email or by asking your office or account manager.

Forgot password

1. From protoqual.app select Forgot Password? below the login fields.
2. Enter your email address then hit Reset Password.
3. Check your email and click the provided link to reset your password.
4. Enter your new password and repeat.
5. Click Reset Password to complete the process.
   

   

PRO TIPS:

Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, with a minimum of 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, and 1 special character.

Please note that it can take up to 5 minutes for the reset instructions to appear in your inbox.  If you still have not received an email with your password reset instructions after 5 minutes, please check your junk and spam folders before trying again.
