How Learning Assignments Work
Protoqual assignments are designed to deliver relevant learning over time while avoiding unnecessary repetition.
Assignments may be delivered in one of two ways:
- Default Protoqual assignment logic
- Custom curriculum
Default Assignment Logic
Many organizations use Protoqual’s default assignment logic.
This system automatically assigns activities based on:
- Activities already completed
- Topics previously assigned
- Topics that may need reinforcement
Because of this, learners within the same organization may sometimes receive different activities at different times.
This approach keeps learning relevant and avoids unnecessary repetition.
Custom Curriculum
Some organizations prefer teams to follow a shared learning path.
Protoqual can configure a custom curriculum so learners follow a planned sequence of activities.
Custom curricula can also be tailored for different roles.
For example:
- Providers may receive activities focused on clinical communication
- Staff may receive activities focused on service and coordination
