Past Due Activities

If an assigned activity is not completed during the mission, it becomes past due and the mission score will decrease.

Past due activities can still be completed while the mission is active.

Completing the activity will restore the mission score, allowing learners to recover their engagement level before the mission ends.


Order of Past Due Activities

If multiple activities become past due, Protoqual displays them oldest first.

This helps learners complete activities in the correct order and recover their mission score more efficiently.


Future Reassignment

If your organization is using Protoqual’s default assignment logic, activities that were not completed during a mission may be reassigned in a future mission.

This helps ensure important learning topics are eventually completed, even if a learner had a busy period during a previous mission.
