Understanding Your Dashboard

Your dashboard gives you a complete view of your learning progress, achievements, and impact.

From one place, you can:

  • Continue your current mission
  • Track your mission score and activity progress
  • View your rewards and badges
  • Monitor your certificate progress
  • See your real-world impact

Continue Your Mission

At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see your current assigned activity.

This is your next step in the mission.

Each activity includes:

  • A short video
  • A quiz
  • A study guide

Most activities take less than five minutes to complete.

Mission Progress

Mission Score

Your mission score reflects how up to date you are with assigned activities.

  • Scores range from 0 to 5
  • Completing activities keeps your score high
  • Overdue activities may lower your score
  • Completing overdue activities during the mission can restore your score

Activities Completed

You can also see how many activities you’ve completed within the mission.

How You Earn Progress

Everything on your dashboard is driven by your activity.

Assigned Activities

When you complete assigned activities:

  • You earn credits
  • You improve your mission score
  • You progress toward certificates
  • You contribute to rewards

On-Demand Learning

When you complete activities in the Learning Library:

  • You progress toward the Explorer reward
  • Every 25 on-demand activities completed contributes toward your progress

On-demand learning does not affect mission score or credits, but it does contribute to rewards and impact.

Reward Types (Quick Overview)

Each reward tracks a different type of participation.

  • Crown Collector → perfect quiz scores (100% on first attempt)
  • Streak Builder → consistent, on-time completion
  • Explorer → on-demand learning activity
  • PX Champion → credits earned from assigned activities
  • Mission Complete → completing all activities in a mission

Each reward includes levels that show your progress.

Levels and Tree Planting

As you progress within each reward:

  • Your progress bar fills
  • You move toward the next level
  • A new level is unlocked when you reach the milestone

Each level you reach plants one tree, connecting your learning to real-world impact.

Your Certificates

Certificates reflect your long-term learning progress.

You earn credits by completing assigned activities, and those credits build toward certificate milestones.

This section shows:

  • Credits earned
  • Progress toward your next certificate

Your Impact

Your learning contributes to environmental impact.

As you reach levels, trees are planted through Protoqual’s sustainability initiatives.

You can view:

  • Total trees planted
  • Your progress over time
  • Details about supported projects

What You Need to Do

To stay on track:

  • Complete your assigned activity each week
  • Avoid overdue activities when possible
  • Explore additional learning if you want to go further
