Understanding User Roles

Different users may have different levels of access within Protoqual.

Roles determine what a user can see and manage within the platform.


Common Role Types

Organizations typically have several types of users.

Administrators

Administrators manage system configuration and may be able to:

  • Add or remove users
  • Configure learning settings
  • Manage survey settings
  • View dashboards and reports

Practice Managers

Practice managers often oversee learning participation and may:

  • Review engagement scores
  • Monitor team participation
  • Support staff learning

Learners

Learners participate in learning missions and complete assigned activities.

They typically see:

  • Their learning dashboard
  • Assigned activities
  • Mission scores
  • Credits and certificates
