Understanding User Roles
Different users may have different levels of access within Protoqual.
Roles determine what a user can see and manage within the platform.
Common Role Types
Organizations typically have several types of users.
Administrators
Administrators manage system configuration and may be able to:
- Add or remove users
- Configure learning settings
- Manage survey settings
- View dashboards and reports
Practice Managers
Practice managers often oversee learning participation and may:
- Review engagement scores
- Monitor team participation
- Support staff learning
Learners
Learners participate in learning missions and complete assigned activities.
They typically see:
- Their learning dashboard
- Assigned activities
- Mission scores
- Credits and certificates
