Protoqual includes several key areas that help users manage learning, surveys, and analytics.


Dashboard

The dashboard provides an overview of learning progress, including:

  • Mission score
  • Assigned activities
  • Credits progress
  • Participation trends

Learners can open activities directly from the dashboard.


Missions

The Missions area displays:

  • Current learning missions
  • Assigned activities
  • Completed activities
  • Past missions and scores

Learning Library

The Learning Library contains all Protoqual videos and allows learners to explore topics anytime.

Videos watched in the library support additional learning but do not affect mission scores or earn credits.


Surveys

Organizations can send patient surveys through Protoqual to collect feedback about care experiences.

Survey responses appear in dashboards and reports for review.


Analytics

Dashboards and reports help organizations understand patient experience trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
