Filtering and Exporting Survey Responses

The Survey Responses page includes several tools that allow users to filter, organize, and export survey data.

These filters make it easier to focus on specific responses or types of patient feedback.


Selecting a Survey

Organizations may have multiple surveys available.

Use the Survey dropdown to select which survey responses you would like to view.

Examples may include:

  • Comprehensive medical center surveys
  • Specialist surveys
  • Patient experience surveys

Once a survey is selected, the table updates to display responses collected from that survey.


Filtering by Score Type

The Filter by menu allows users to filter responses based on Net Promoter Score (NPS) categories.

Available options include:

  • All Scores – displays all survey responses
  • Promoters – patients who gave high recommendation scores
  • Passives – neutral recommendation scores
  • Detractors – lower recommendation scores

Filtering by score type can help teams quickly review different types of patient experiences.

For example:

  • Reviewing Detractor responses to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Reviewing Promoter responses to highlight positive patient experiences

Organization and Date Filters

Additional filters allow users to narrow results by:

  • Organization
  • Time period

The date selector allows users to view responses from different reporting periods, such as:

  • Last month
  • Previous months
  • Custom date ranges

Exporting Survey Responses

Survey responses can be exported using the Export Report button.

Exporting responses allows organizations to:

  • Review survey data outside the platform
  • Share responses with leadership or teams
  • Conduct additional analysis

Exports include the responses currently displayed based on the applied filters.
