Where Patient Reviews Appear
When a patient chooses to leave a review through Protoqual, the review is submitted directly on Healthgrades.
Protoqual does not host or display public reviews within the platform.
Where Reviews Are Published
Once submitted, reviews may appear on:
- The provider’s Healthgrades profile page
- Healthgrades search results
- Other locations where Healthgrades displays provider ratings
Protoqual does not control where reviews appear outside of Healthgrades.
Important Notes
- Patients always choose whether or not to leave a review
- Protoqual does not edit or modify reviews
- Protoqual does not offer incentives for reviews
