Logging In to Protoqual
To access Protoqual, go to your organization’s login page.
Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
Once signed in, you will be taken to your dashboard.
First-Time Login
If your account was created by a manager, you may receive an email invitation.
To activate your account:
- Open the invitation email
- Click the activation link
- Create your password
- Sign in to Protoqual
After activation, you can log in normally.
Users Without Email Addresses
Some users may not have an email address connected to their account.
If this option was selected when the account was created, the user will log in using:
- Username
- Password
Your manager will provide your login credentials.
Access Issues
If you cannot log in:
- Confirm your email address or username
- Check that your password is correct
- Try resetting your password
If you still cannot access your account, contact your practice manager or Protoqual support.
