Can Review Invitations Be Sent to All Patients?
Protoqual sends review invitations based on survey feedback, not to every patient automatically.
Only patients who indicate a very positive experience may be invited to leave a public review.
How Review Invitations Are Triggered
After completing a survey, patients are asked how likely they are to recommend the provider or practice.
Patients who select a score of 9 or 10 may be invited to share their experience publicly.
If they accept, they are directed to the provider’s Healthgrades page where they can submit their review.
Why Invitations Are Not Sent to All Patients
Protoqual uses this approach to:
- Encourage reviews from patients who had a very positive experience
- Avoid prompting public reviews when a patient reports concerns
- Ensure reviews better reflect patient satisfaction
This also allows practices to review neutral or negative feedback internally before it appears publicly.
Patient Choice
Even when invited, leaving a public review is always optional.
Patients decide whether or not to continue to the review site.
