Sending Surveys to Multiple Patients (Bulk Upload)

If you need to send surveys to many patients at once, Protoqual allows you to upload a file containing patient contact information.

This method is commonly used when sending surveys after a batch of visits.

Uploading a File

From the Send Survey page, choose the option to upload a file.

Your file must include at least one of the following:

• Email address
• Phone number

Protoqual will send the survey to the contact information provided.

Optional Fields

You may also include additional columns in the file.

Language

You can specify the survey language for each patient.

Example values:

• en  – English
• es  – Spanish

If no language is specified, the default survey language will be used.

Scheduled Send Date

You may also schedule when the survey should be sent.

Dates should be entered in this format:

yyyy-mm-dd

Example:

2025-08-31

Tips for File Uploads

Before uploading your file:

• Confirm email addresses or phone numbers are valid
• Check that language codes are entered correctly
• Verify that dates follow the required format
