Where Do My Reviews Appear?

When a patient chooses to leave a review through Protoqual, the review is submitted directly on Healthgrades.

Protoqual does not host or display public reviews within the platform. Instead, it helps guide satisfied patients to the provider’s public review page.


How the Process Works

When a patient completes a survey, Protoqual evaluates their response using Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Patients who select a 9 or 10 may be invited to share their experience publicly.

If the patient accepts the invitation, they are directed to the provider’s Healthgrades page, where they can submit their review.


Where Reviews Can Be Seen

Once published, reviews may appear on:

  • The provider’s Healthgrades profile page
  • Healthgrades search results
  • Other locations where Healthgrades displays provider ratings

Protoqual does not control where reviews appear outside of Healthgrades.


Important Notes

  • Patients always choose whether or not to leave a review
  • Protoqual does not edit or modify reviews
  • Protoqual does not offer incentives for reviews
